Before last week I never thought of embroidery. It simply never interested me. But the other day something clicked. The simplicity of a wooden hoop with fabric and an intricate design held within. I loved the idea. I became obsessed with it. I bought supplies immediately. My first project is an embroidery of my sign Aries in the night sky. I love the idea of this hanging above my bed, keeping a tiny bit of the night sky in my room with me always...
I wish I could give you a pattern or something but I am such a newbie myself I have no idea where to start! I just looked at a photo of Aries and winged it.
